The Appearance Academy of Hospitality Excellence
Ms. Adivhaho Ramulifho is a dedicated hospitality and tourism professional committed to empowering young people through vocational education, skills development, and professional training. She is the Founder and Director of The Appearance Academy of Hospitality Excellence, a hospitality training institution established to prepare students for successful careers in the culinary and hospitality industry.
Ms. Ramulifho holds a BCom Honours in Tourism and Hospitality Management (2024) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality Management (2022). She has further strengthened her professional capacity through qualifications in Business Information Systems (2017), a Computer Diploma (2015), and a Galileo Reservation System Certificate (2021), which equips her with knowledge in travel reservation systems widely used in the tourism and hospitality industry.
To support her role in education and training, she also completed a Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator Course (2025), equipping her with the competencies required to facilitate training programmes and assess learners in accordance with national skills development standards.
Through her Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experience at Forever Resort Academy, Ms. Ramulifho gained practical exposure across various hospitality departments including restaurant operations, kitchen support, housekeeping, banqueting, conferencing, bar service, reservations, front office operations, and financial administration. This broad industry experience allows her to understand the operational demands of the hospitality sector and effectively prepare students for professional work environments.
Driven by a passion for youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and job creation, Ms. Ramulifho founded The Appearance Academy of Hospitality Excellence in Thohoyandou, Limpopo. The academy focuses on providing structured, industry-relevant hospitality training designed to equip students with practical culinary skills, professionalism, discipline, and employability.
She strongly believes that skills development and professional training are key drivers of economic growth and employment, and she is committed to building a respected training institution that produces competent, confident, and industry-ready hospitality professionals.
